At The Bald Company, we pride ourselves on delivering on our promises. If you would like to return any of our products, or something is not what you expected, please contact our Customer Service Team. Below you will find an overview of our delivery and returns policies. GLOBAL DELIVERY We deliver globally free of charge. Orders are typically delivered in 3 – 6 business days, however, if you live in a rural or remote area please allow up to 8 business days. REFUNDS & RETURNS If you’re not happy with a product, you may return the items within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will provide a refund of the original purchase price, however, you will need to pay the return shipping cost. DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS If there is a defect with or the products are faulty we will provide you with a replacement.
